General terms and conditions

These "General Terms and Conditions " discipline the relationship established with the User of the Website www.remarketingmarine.com, following the acceptance expressed with the " flag "and registration on the same Site, as proof of awareness also of making contact with Remarketing Marine Srl, as a professional operator who performs services against fees.

This applies to every auction / announcement present on the aforementioned Site, it being understood that the "General Terms and Conditions" apply in any case, except for expressed derogation regarding the services provided for each individual good with an act signed by the User and accepted by Remarketing Marine Srl, or with particular conditions of specific auctions, not accepting in any way any tolerances or agreements not formalized in writing.

The User, with the registration and acceptance referred to above, appoints Remarketing Marine to manage the negotiation for the operation indicated in the ad / auction of the Site, relating to the selected asset, with a commitment to recognize Remarketing Marine S.r.l. in the event of an announcement, the commission of 5% (five percent) and in the event of an auction, an auction fee of 10% (ten percent) on the purchase / sale / transfer price, unless expressly exempted as above, inherent to the asset subject of this assignment and contact, provided that the negotiation ends with the conclusion of the contract, even preliminary.

The User Agreement is neither assignable nor transferable.

The User proceeds to register by providing his personal data, guaranteeing the truthfulness, correctness and completeness of the same, however authorizing Remarketing Marine S.r.l. to their treatment, as per separate declaration. Any use of untrue personal data and also referring to third parties will be considered, for civil and criminal purposes, fraud or artifice.

In the event of the conclusion of the operation, the User who registered with data that is not their own or false, is in any case responsible, even as compensation, in front of Remarketing Marine S.r.l. and / or to the other parties involved in the business subject to contact.

Sale by advertisement: a 5% commission is charged to the buyer, any different conditions are indicated in the "commission agreement" document which can be downloaded directly from the web page of each advertisement

Auction sale: an auction fee of 10% will be paid by the buyer, any different conditions are indicated in the "preliminary agreement" document which can be downloaded directly from the web page of each auction.
